These terms cover your use of leagueseek.com and its alerts. By using the site, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
What LeagueSeek is
LeagueSeek lists local sports leagues, tournaments, and training in the areas it covers. We do not run these programs, and you register with each organizer on their own site. LeagueSeek is free for families and players.
Listing information
Dates, prices, ages, and other details come from organizers' websites or from organizers themselves, and they can change or be wrong. Always confirm on the organizer's sign-up page before you plan around them. Spot a mistake? Email support@leagueseek.com and we will fix it.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep access to your sign-in method secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You may delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sign-up alerts
LeagueSeek alerts tell you when sign-ups open, close soon, or are posted for programs, sports, and organizers you follow. Alerts are optional and off until you turn them on.
- We send at most one alert message a day. How often you hear from us depends on what you follow.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to cancel text alerts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@leagueseek.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
An alert is a reminder, not a guarantee. A program can open, fill, or close without notice, and an alert can be late or missing. Don't rely on alerts alone for a deadline that matters to you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping it at a volume that slows it down, no trying to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, no automated sign-ups, and no using it to send messages to people who didn't ask for them.
What you write on the site, like a post or a reply, is public. Keep it about the sport: no ads, links, contact details, children's names, or anything abusive. We may hide anything that isn't, without notice.
Links to other sites
Listings link to organizers' websites. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, or what happens when you register through them.
Disclaimers
LeagueSeek is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't vouch for any program, organizer, coach, or facility listed. Choosing a program, and the safety of your family while taking part, is between you and the organizer.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, LeagueSeek is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed sign-ups, from your use of the site or its alerts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Utah law governs these terms, because that's where LeagueSeek is based.
